Chief Nelson Small Legs, Sr., Arnold Crowchild and Bruce Starlight

Description

In April 1977, Chief Nelson Small Legs, Arnold Crowchild, and Bruce Starlight traveled to the UK for a twelve day tour. They spoke at the Home Truths for Jubilee Year Rally at Queen Elizabeth Hall, Southbank, about the “sacred importance of the treaties signed with Queen Victoria one hundred years ago and its effects 100 years later.” They also stopped at Belfast during their tour, visiting City Hall to speak to the Lord Mayor about Moral Rearmament. While there, the trio showed 6-year-old Tracey Moss, who was visiting from Liverpool, how to play the drum.
