Description
Dahneekee served as a nursemaid to Mrs Joan Turner, who brought Dahneekee from Baffin Island back to England with her when she returned home after her husband, the missionary Canon John Turner, died. He accidentally show himself while seal hunting. Dahneekee stayed for about five months before she decided to return home to Baffin Island.
