Description
In 2013, rugby player Phil Mack signed a short term contract with the Ospreys, the Welsh rugby union team. The scrum half, from the West Coast of Vancouver Island, moved to Wales for his first professional contract. He has represented Canada 59 times as well as playing Major League Rugby in the US. He now coaches. Prior to Mack, Bobby Ross (Songhees Nation; 58 caps) and Rod Snow (unstated; 62 caps) both played for Canada, while Snow spent 10 years at Newport Gwent Dragons, also in Wales.
