Renowned photographer Hulleah Tsinhnahjinnie attended Beyond the Spectacle’s symposium: “Bringing Light to the Dark: Visual Sovereignties in Contemporary Indigenous Art of the Americas” in July 2019. She presented on Native American portrait photography and exhibited some of her printed work.
