Description
Gabriel Mishibinijima (Odawa) stands trial at Lewes Crown Court for the murder of Ambrose Stevens (Chippewa). Mishibinijima was convicted of manslaughter after an "˜expert' testified that, due to his race, he was not legally responsible for his actions when intoxicated.
