The Applied Optics Group organises regular public engagement and outreach events, helping to share our love of optics and invite wider involvement in our research. Recent events have included the ‘Day of Photonics’ and a pop-up market stall in Ramsgate. Group members are also involved with the School of Physics & Astronomy Community Engagement.
