Lois Lee is Senior Research Fellow in Religious Studies at the University of Kent and principal investigator on the £2.3m Understanding Unbelief programme. Her books include Recognizing the Non-religious: Reimagining the Secular (OUP, 2015), the Oxford Dictionary of Atheism (with Stephen Bullivant; OUP, 2016), and the co-edited volumes Secularity and Non-religion (Routledge, 2013) and Negotiating Religion: Cross-disciplinary Perspectives (Routledge, 2017).
She is founding director of the Nonreligion and Secularity Research Network (NSRN), and co-editor of Secularism and Nonreligion and of the De Gruyter-NSRN book series, Religion and Its Others: Studies in Religion, Nonreligion and Secularity.
