Deinstitutionalisation and community living: outcomes and costs

Following on from the Conference on Deinstitutionalisation and Community Living held in Prague, November 2007, resources have been made available including the report from the Conference “Outcomes and Costs” (DELOC) project.  This includes a range of resources for those in countries who are currently trying to move to a system of community based provision and independent living as an alternative to institutional care for people with disabilities.
