The journal club is similar to the main PQM discussion group, with one crucial difference: attendance is limited to students and postdoctoral researchers. The main purpose of the journal club is to improve cohesion and discussion between these junior researchers in an informal context.
In the 2023-2024 academic year, the weekly journal club meetings will focus on academic topics, and on more informal discussion over coffee (or other beverages of choice!).
In Term 1, the 2023/24 Journal club meetings will take place on Wednesdays at 12:00, with details to be emailed to participants.
The Term 2 calendar will be published in the new year, so watch this space.
For more information, or if you have suggestions for events/topics, please contact Joseph Chapman.
