Sarah is interested in questions around power, voice and agency in philanthropic decision-making. Focusing on grant-making by foundations working in social justice, her research explores efforts to increase transparency and accountability, and to share power with those who are most impacted by structural inequities.  Sarah’s academic background includes graduate studies at King’s College London and the University of Oxford.

Sarah is studying part-time whilst working in the Evidence and Learning team at Paul Hamlyn Foundation.
