The Global Europe Centre has the pleasure to invite you to a lecture by Richard Youngs (Senior Fellow at Carnegie Europe and Professor of International Relations at Warwick).

Drawing on his recently published course-book, ‘The European Union and Global Politics’, Richard Youngs will assess how the EU has adapted to changes in geopolitics and suggest a new ‘outside-in’ approach to analysing the Union’s international identity.
