MSc in Applied Health and Care Research is designed for practising health and care professionals. This programme will provide the necessary skills to design, carry out and disseminate/publish health and care research. It is taught by experienced researchers in CHSS (Centre for Health Services Studies).
Whilst grant writing is not a focus of the course, the skills acquired will help in the design of robust studies which would appeal to funders. This would enable an enhancement of career development or a move into more research-oriented work.
