ADHOC (Aged in home care): developing an evidence database for effective home care services for older people in 11 European countries
This project examines the service level characteristics associated with outcome for groups of older people receiving community care within 11 different European countries. Baseline patient and service characteristics and subsequent year follow-up data is collected and used to establish a cross national database – the Community Care Data Centre – to inform the development of healthcare policy.
