I joined CHSS as a Research Fellow in August 2022. Coming from a background in social sciences a great deal of my previous research has explored interprofessional collaboration in health and social care. Having undertaken a PhD in sociology at Manchester Metropolitan University, in 2015 I joined the Department of Health and Social Care at Kingston and St Georges University. I contributed to a number of projects during my time there, and these were mostly focussed around professional interaction across a range of health and social care contexts. I most recently co-led a NIHR funded study which conducted a realist synthesis of literature which explored leadership in integrated care teams and systems
