About

I joined CHSS in November 2023. My role as Research Assistant involves undertaking qualitative research including helping to prepare, set up, conduct interviews and focus groups, and contribute to writing the report of project assignments. I also assist in the undertaking of literature reviews, rapid reviews and database searches to contribute to the analysis and interpretation of data.

I am currently researching the main facilitators and barriers for people with severe mental illness (SMI) in engaging in health research in Kent and understanding ways to increase participation.
