This consultation invites you to identify key priorities and potential solutions for reducing inequalities & improving fairer access to dementia diagnosis and support.
Why are we holding this event?
This event is part of the EquaDem Network’s work to find solutions to barriers in dementia diagnosis and care and improve clinical and social care practices. As part of a series of events across the country, this consultation ensures that people living with dementia, unpaid carers, care professionals, and Third Sector organisations help set the network’s priorities.
When is the event?
The consultation will be held at 12 – 1.30pm on 15th January 2025.
Where will it take place?
