Since 1995, the Centre for the Study of War, Media and Society has offered MA programmes in this field. Originally titled ‘Propaganda and Persuasion’, the programme was revamped and renamed MA in War, Media and Society in 2007 to reflect the arrival of new staff with new specialisms. In addition, in September 2015, the Centre launched the inter-disciplinary MA in First World War Studies.
