Graduate Research Day

We are pleased to announce that in 2019 the KSSCT will be preceded by a graduate research day for KSSCT attendees and other interested graduate researchers.

Since its inception in 2015, the KSSCT has been proudly committed to creating space for creative, critical scholarship. We are excited to enlarge that space for graduate researchers this year.

The graduate research day will take place at Reid Hall, Montparnasse, on Saturday 29 June (before the commencement of the KSSCT seminars on Monday 1 July). It will provide an opportunity for graduate researchers across all critical fields of scholarship to meet, exchange current work, and discuss questions of interdisciplinary methodology in the humanities and neighbouring disciplines.

We invite all graduate student KSSCT applicants to join us in Paris on 29 June.

We would also like to invite other interested graduate students to join us, even if they are not able to apply to the KSSCT this year. We will have a limited number of places available to these applicants.

Application Deadline: 25th March 2019

How to Apply:

  • KSSCT applicants should apply as normal, as set out on the “Apply” tab on this website, but select the option indicating they would also like to apply to the grad research day.
  • Applicants for the graduate day only, who are not applying to the KSSCT this year, should select the appropriate option on the registration form, and upload a CV and a one-page outline of their current research project.
