Dr Pham Hoai Chung

About

Dr Pham Hoai Chung obtained his Doctorate degree in Construction Economics in 2017 at the University of Transport and Communication in Hanoi. He has worked for the Transport Development and Strategy Institute (TDSI) since 2008, and was appointed to be the Director of the Centre for Urban and Rural Transport Development in 2013. Working as a transport expert, Dr Pham provides advisory services for TDSI and the Ministry of Transport in the fields of mechanization and urban transport policy.  He participates in a range of projects and research studies related to the formulation of transport master plans and strategies for Vietnam’s provinces and cities.
