The GCDC sits within the Graduate and Researcher College and is led by GCDC director, Dr Beth Breeze (Centre for Philanthropy, SSPSSR), and GCDC deputy director, Dr Frank Grundig (School of Politics and International Relations).

The Centre benefits from input from colleagues across faculties when making funding and strategy decisions.
