Where to log in?
If you have been given permissions to edit a website on research.kent you will first need to login to make changes.
You can do this by entering your website address into your browser followed by ‘/wp-admin‘
Using this site as an example it would be:
https://research.kent.ac.uk/documentation/wp-adminIf logged out you will be taken to a UoK branded login page. Once logged in successfully, or if already logged in, you will be redirected to the main WordPress dashboard.
Username and password
All sites located on research.kent are linked to the university’s Single Sign On (SSO) service. What this means is that you are able to use the same username and password required to access UoK IT systems to access your website.
If you change your UoK password you do not need to do change it for research.kent, since the central SSO service will recognise your new password and let you in.
