The Centre contributes to research in critical thought in a number of ways. First, it provides a framework for the organisation of events, such as conferences and workshops, which become the basis for publications and the dissemination of ideas to a broader public. Secondly, it stimulates individual and collective research projects through seminars and reading groups, cultivating interdisciplinary collaboration. And, thirdly, it provides an intellectual home for many critically oriented scholars at Kent and beyond to present work-in-progress leading to publications.
