Professor Sandra Waddock

Sandra Waddock is Galligan Chair of Strategy, Carroll School Scholar of Corporate Responsibility, and Professor of Management at Boston College’s Carroll School of Management.  She has published over 180 papers and chapters and 16 books and received multiple lifetime achievement awards. Her newest book is Catalyzing Transformation: How to Make System Change Happen (Business Expert Press, 2023. Catalyzing transformation offers a collaborative, catalytic process for change agents to connect, cohere, and amplify the work of many initiatives and change makers to bring about purposeful whole system change towards greater equity, justice, inclusiveness, and flourishing social and natural environments.
