Phew! It's been a whirlwind couple of months – so much so that we haven’t even had a chance to update the website!
We are now well and truly up-and-running. We’ve had lots of lovely participants coming in, and have many more booked in to attend in the next few weeks. Thank-you so much to everyone that has shown an interest in this project and has spared the time to take part so far – we really appreciate it! (psst, we still need lots more people, so if you haven’t signed up yet and would like more information, please contact us (see the button above) and we’ll send you through some more details!).
In addition to starting data collection, earlier this month the Psychology department here at the University of Kent hosted an Open Day event (see the KARU website for more information about the event), where members of the public were invited to find out more about all the different types of research being undertaken in the department. We had a stall there, and had a great response to the project; Dr Heather Ferguson also gave a talk about the aims of the CogSoCoAGE project. There was a great turn out, and it really was a wonderful event – we hope you enjoyed it if you were able to make it!
