Prof. Anneli Albi was invited to give a keynote speech at the ACA-Europe (Association of Supreme Administrative Courts in Europe) seminar ‘Due Process’, which was held on 18-19 October 2018 Tallinn, Estonia.

Prof. Albi presented a draft paper entitled ‘Judicial protection, due process and trends towards efficiency: Remarks in the light of Europe’s post-totalitarian constitutional tradition’. The paper will be finalised later in 2019 and will be made available at the ACA-Europe website.

The presentation was chaired by Justice Günther from the German Federal Administrative Court.
