2. Complete payment of the registration fee of £10 to validate your registration, using the Royal Holloway online store here (except invited speakers):
3. Students and junior attendees(*) may request financial support, with preference for funding given to participants from ICAM nodes. If you would like to apply, please also fill in this additional form:

Applications for funding received by 1 May 2024 will be considered preferentially, applications received subsequently will be processed on a rolling basis while funding is available.
(*) as per ICAM definition, within 5 years of PhD award.
4. Note that we will organise a public lecture given by Prof. Ali Yazdani (Princeton) on Wednesday 5th June. You will need to register separately for this event should you wish to attend. Details can be found in our eventbrite entry:

General information:
All participants will be subscribed to our conference email list prior to the meeting. Please accept this subscription, as we will circulate login information and daily announcements via this list.
Notices regarding the meeting will be sent after the closure of registrations.
Last year, we received a small number of applications with invalid emails. If you have previously registered, but have not been contacted by the end of Friday 31 May 2024, please get in touch with us at cmpinthecity2020@gmail.com (yes, it has a previous year’s date).
Contributed Talks:
We will endeavour to include some contributed submissions for live talks from junior participants (PhD students, PDRAs) in the main conference programme.
If you are interested to be considered for a talk, please prepare an abstract and a one-page presentation to be submitted with the registration form by 1 May at the latest. Please include a summary / viewgraph of the main results of the research that you would like to present.
We will evaluate submissions on 1 May 2024, so later submissions will not be considered.
To facilitate our access to the presentation, please upload your file in PDF format to a website or file-sharing service of your choice, and share the link with us in the registration form.
