Rory is an Associate Editor of The New Oxford Shakespeare (Oxford University Press, 2016), and, in the Authorship Companion to the edition, co-authored a book-length essay about the ‘Canon and Chronology’ of Shakespeare’s works with Gary Taylor. He has also published a co-edited anthology,  The Memory Arts in Renaissance England: A Critical Anthology (Cambridge University Press, 2016); Late Shakespeare, 1608-1613, co-edited with Andrew J. Power (Cambridge University Press, 2013; reprinted in paperback in 2015); Celtic Shakespeare: The Bard and the Borderers (Ashgate, 2013), co-edited with Willy Maley; Staged Transgression in Shakespeare’s Englandco-edited with Edel Semple (Palgrave Macmillan 2013); and has a new collection,  Staged Normality in Shakespeare’s England, forthcoming in 2017. He is currently completing a monograph about Thomas Middleton’s adaptation of several of Shakespeare’s plays.
