The DICE Innovation Team was established in 2024 as part of the E3 Sharing Space for Nature initiative, a five-year project funded by Research England.
Biodiversity is receiving more attention than ever, with organisations across the corporate, governmental and non-profit sectors making ambitious pledges for nature. To ensure meaningful change and support the UN’s Global Biodiversity Framework, conservation actions must be based on scientific evidence.
We build on the E3 Sharing Space for Nature initiative and DICE’s world-class research to provide professional conservation services that enable organisations to achieve their biodiversity goals. Based in Canterbury, we have experience across locations and scales. This ranges from informing conservation management locally in East Kent, to developing spatial plans regionally in England, to supporting socio-ecological conservation around the world.
Our approach is rooted in DICE’s mission to conserve biodiversity and maintain the ecological processes that support life on Earth.
In addition to the core Innovation Team members below, we work with colleagues across DICE to provide specialist skills on a project-by-project basis. Find out more about our expertise on the DICE People Page and by discovering our Skills and Services.
