STFC Funded Post-Doctoral Research Associate
The position is for a post-doctoral researcher to work on an STFC-funded project Impact Shock Synthesis of Prebiotic Molecules in the University of Kent’s School of Physical Sciences. You will work with Dr. Mark Price within the Impact Group subjecting samples to dynamic shock pressures and temperatures using the Impact Group’s Light Gas Gun to investigate possible shock synthesis production routes of bio-significant molecules (amino acids, peptides etc.).
