For example, she is interested in the combination of paid work and other life domains,\u00a0employment of disadvantaged groups such as individuals with a handicap, employment of older workers, etc. Her current research projects reflect these interests. She is also interested in statistical methods and the opportunities these bring for social science research.<\/p>\n<h3>Dr. Jon Ward<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Research Assistant<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/www.cusp.ac.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/Jon-Ward-350x350.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"128\" height=\"128\" \/><\/strong><br \/>\nJon completed his PhD in the School of Social Policy, Sociology and Social Research, University of Kent, on the working conditions of artists in the context of urban regeneration. His research interests include cultural labour, cultural policy\u00a0and\u00a0arts-led regeneration.<\/p>\n<h3>Dr. Yeosun Yoon<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Research Assistant<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-1087 \" src=\"https:\/\/research.kent.ac.uk\/waf-project\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2857\/2014\/02\/Yeosun-Yoon1-282x300.jpg\" width=\"122\" height=\"130\" srcset=\"https:\/\/research.kent.ac.uk\/waf-project\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2857\/2014\/02\/Yeosun-Yoon1-282x300.jpg 282w, https:\/\/research.kent.ac.uk\/waf-project\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2857\/2014\/02\/Yeosun-Yoon1.jpg 350w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 122px) 100vw, 122px\" \/><\/strong><br \/>\nYeosun&#8217;s\u00a0main research interests include labour market dualisation\/segmentation, cross-national comparative analysis of employment flexibility and their welfare states.
