Deputy Head of School, Professor Marialena Nikolopoulou, gave a talk at ADAM Architecture titled, ‘Urban Design, Microclimate and Comfort: from microclimate to people’, on 1 March 2021.
The virtual talk was part of ADAM’s lunchtime series of sustainability CPD lectures. With an Urban Design group in the firm, the talk was particularly relevant to the group, as it presented developments on outdoor thermal comfort, microclimate and the latest Urban Albedo project. The event was organised by Dr Gail Kenton, Senior Associate, who also moderated the discussion at the end.
