These are allocated on the basis of financial need and the quality of the substantive application. If you would like to be considered for financial assistance, <strong>please submit an additional one-page explanation of why this is required<\/strong>. Applicants are also encouraged to be creative in finding supporting funds from their home institution. Consider whether there are professional development, research support, or ad-hoc funds available to you.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"two-third column-first\">\n<h5>Dates and deadlines<\/h5>\n<p>The KSSCT operates a &#8216;dual deadline&#8217; system.\u00a0The\u00a0first deadline for application is\u00a0the <strong>10th of February 2019<\/strong>.
