As Mentoring Programme Manager, Rebecca is responsible for maximising the opportunities for businesses, and would-be businesses, to connect and grow through sharing their experiences and working together.

The Growing Kent and Medway Mentoring Programme will offer support for a range of businesses, from start-up to established across horticulture, agriculture and food and drink sectors. By matching people needing support with experienced business people, the programme will help sharing experiences to build a stronger community within the region.
