Project role: lead Minsk Dialogue policy forum initiative and support WP3 in developing and implementing Country-Specific Policy Governance Strategies; assessing public and HE sector needs; organising Executive Summer Schools, study trips and major policy forums; and contributing to academic outputs of the project and development of new funding initiatives.
Yauheni Preiherman is the Head of the Minsk Dialogue Track-II Initiative, an expert platform with a focus on international affairs and security in Eastern Europe. He is also Chairman of the Board of the Discussion and Analytical Society Liberal Club. He holds a BA in International Relations from the Belarusian State University, an MA in European Politics from Sussex University, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Politics and International Studies at Warwick University. He is a regular contributor to the Jamestown Foundation’s Eurasia Daily Monitor.
As member of Belarusian COMPASS team, Yauheni will be engaged in the area “COMPASS meets policy” to build a higher-impact governance capacity.
