Quintin Oliver is a conflict resolution specialist with four decades of experience from the voluntary, statutory and private sectors, working at all levels of government.

In 1998 he led the non-party ‘Yes’ Campaign in support of the referendum in Northern Ireland on the 1998 Good Friday/Belfast Agreement. This led to work in Israel and Palestine, South Africa, Cyprus (2004 and 2017 Referendums), Colombia (Civil society development and design of the 2016 Referendum), the Balkans, Sri Lanka, the Philippines and Iraq. In 1998 he founded Stratagem, Northern Ireland’s foremost public affairs consultancy, which he still leads.
