Her study explores the experiences of neurodivergent social workers and highlights how greater awareness, inclusion, and organisational understanding can improve wellbeing and practice within the profession.<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"928\" data-end=\"1474\">\n<p data-start=\"930\" data-end=\"1474\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><em>I\u2019ve had a lovely few days in Manchester at the Social Work Awards,\u201d said Lisa. \u201cIt was an honour to be nominated and shortlisted, but it was amazing to win the Silver Award for Practitioner-Led Research for my research on neurodivergence in social workers. Kent Research Partnership have supported me throughout the research, and I couldn\u2019t be more thankful \u2014 particularly to Wenjing Zhang, my fantastic supervisor. By supporting social care practitioners to engage in research that informs real-world practice, KRP helps bridge the gap between evidence and frontline experience.<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"1797\" data-end=\"1998\">\n<p data-start=\"1799\" data-end=\"1998\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Dr Wenjing Zhang, Lisa\u2019s mentor and research supervisor, said:<\/span><br data-start=\"1861\" data-end=\"1864\" \/><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">\u201c<em>I am delighted to support you as you embark on your practitioner researcher journey, Lisa.
