They highlighted that research and innovation are essential to the future of social care and to ensuring people receive the support they need \u2013 a mission that sits at the heart of KRP\u2019s work.<\/p>\n<h3>Recognising the Contributors<\/h3>\n<p>This achievement would not have been possible without the tireless efforts of many:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/research.kent.ac.uk\/chss\/kent-research-partnership\/researchers-in-residence\/\"><strong>Researchers in Residence<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 Lilly, Wenjing and Vanessa \u2013 who serve as the backbone of KRP\u2019s innovative work.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Social care practitioners on <a href=\"https:\/\/research.kent.ac.uk\/chss\/kent-research-partnership\/research-and-training-fellowships\/\">research fellowships<\/a><\/strong> \u2013 Hannah, Sophie, Lisa and Beth \u2013 whose success stories have motivated others in the sector to embrace research.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Exceptional leadership<\/strong> \u2013 Ann-Marie and Gina\u2019s expertise, vision, and compassion have provided the partnership with unparalleled guidance.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/research.kent.ac.uk\/chss\/kent-research-partnership\/public-engagement\/\"><strong>Dedicated lived experience group<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 Led by John and Gina, with Amanda\u2019s expert advice, ensuring that the voices of those supported by adult social care remain at the centre of everything we do.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Core team<\/strong> \u2013 Ferhana, Nick, Ina, Steve, Alison, Theresa &#8211; whose dedication and expertise have been vital in making this success possible.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cross-partnership evaluation team &#8211; <\/strong>Sarah and Jolie &#8211; who help us make sure that we learn from and share with our 5 sister partnerships<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>A True Team Effort<\/h3>\n<p>This recognition also reflects the essential contributions of our partners \u2013 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/arc-kss.nihr.ac.uk\/\">ARC Kent, Surrey &amp; Sussex<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.google.com\/nihr.ac.uk\/induction\/your-crn\/crn-kent-surrey-and-sussex\">CRN Kent, Surrey &amp; Sussex<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.homecareassociation.org.uk\/\">UK Home Care Association<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kica.care\/\">Kent Integrated Care Alliance<\/a>, <\/strong>and <strong>the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nationalcareforum.org.uk\/\">National Care Forum<\/a><\/strong>. Their support has been integral to KRP\u2019s success.<\/p>\n<h3>Celebrating Together<\/h3>\n<p>The runner-up Best Team Award is a tribute to the incredible people who make up the KRP family and the wider community of partners.
